49. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISPATCHERS

69.1. As an Investor, you have the opportunity to scout for Talent on the platform. This includes browsing profiles, watching videos, viewing pictures, and listening to audio submissions.

69.2. You may contact and express your interest in working with Talent directly through the platform's communication features.

70. Investment and Collaboration

70.1. If you decide to invest in or collaborate with Talent discovered on the platform, any agreement or financial transaction should occur outside of the platform and is solely the responsibility of the involved parties.

71. KNITVIBE LTD is not a party to any investment or collaboration agreements and is not responsible for the outcomes of such agreements.

72. Due Diligence

72.1. It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence before entering into any investment or collaboration agreement with Talent.

73. Privacy and Data Handling

73.1. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Talent. Do not share or use their personal information without their consent.

73.2. Any personal data and communications shared on the platform should be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

74. Intellectual Property

74.1. You acknowledge that all content showcased by Talent is protected by intellectual property rights.

74.2. Any use, reproduction, or sharing of Talent's content should be done with proper attribution and in accordance with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

75. Dispute Resolution

75.1. Any disputes or issues arising from investments, collaborations, or interactions with Talent are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.

78. Violations Leading to Termination or Suspension

78.1. The Company may terminate or suspend a user's account for any of the following reasons:

a. Violations of Terms and Conditions:

Users who breach the terms and conditions of the Platform, as detailed in the User Agreement, may face account suspension or termination.

b. Abusive Conduct:

Any form of abusive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, cyber bullying, or discrimination against other users, is strictly prohibited.

c. Infringement of Intellectual Property:

Posting or sharing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademark, or patent violations.

d. Unlawful or Harmful Activity:

Engaging in unlawful or harmful activities, including spreading malicious software, hacking, or promoting violence.

e. Spam and Fraudulent Activity:
